Work Week : Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power BI Developer with 58 years of hands-on expertise in business intelligence and data visualization. The ideal candidate will be deployed to Bahrain for a minimum of 6 months to support strategic analytics initiatives. This role demands strong technical proficiency, business acumen, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions

- Connect to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.) and ensure data integrity

- Optimize data models for performance and scalability

- Implement DAX queries and calculations for advanced analytics

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights

- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards

- Provide documentation and training to end-users as needed

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools and data pipelines

Required Skills & Experience :

- 58 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization

- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and M language

- Experience with SQL and relational databases

- Familiarity with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) is a plus

- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Prior experience in client-facing or international deployment roles preferred

Additional Requirements :

- Must be willing to relocate to Bahrain and stay for a minimum of 6 months

- Should possess a valid passport and be ready for immediate travel

- Weekly off : Friday & Saturday
