Job Summary :

Partners Personnel is hiring an experienced L2 Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI reporting solutions supporting workforce analytics and business intelligence operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, DAX optimization, and dashboard creation while collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders during Pacific Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards & reports

- Build complex DAX measures, KPIs, calculated columns, and optimized data models

- Create and maintain Power BI datasets and dataflows

- Integrate data from SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, SharePoint, and Excel

- Translate business requirements into actionable visualizations

- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues

- Manage deployment pipelines, gateways, and RLS configurations

- Mentor junior developers and conduct peer reviews

- Maintain documentation for reports, datasets, and model architecture

- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies

Required Qualifications :

- 3- 5 years of Power BI development experience

- Strong DAX & Power Query expertise

- Experience with Star & Snowflake schemas

- Strong SQL querying and debugging skills

- Knowledge of Power BI Service administration

- Experience with enterprise data sources

- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Staffing / HR Tech / Workforce Analytics domain

- Exposure to :

1. Azure Data Factory

2. Databricks

3. Azure Synapse

4. Microsoft PL-300 Certification

- Exposure to Python or R

- Experience with Paginated Reports / SSRS
