Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization's complete IT infrastructure across the Head Office and Factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for IT operations, network security, ERP administration, Microsoft 365 environment, cloud infrastructure, vendor management, website management, and ensuring uninterrupted business operations through efficient technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage the organization's overall IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, networks, and end-user systems across the Head Office and Factory.

- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of IT systems, network infrastructure, firewalls, antivirus, data backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP systems, Cloud ERP servers, Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and cloud backup solutions.

- Manage and administer PBX/EPABX systems, PRI lines, internet connectivity, and communication infrastructure.

- Provide technical support to employees by resolving hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues within defined timelines.

- Plan, procure, and implement IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and technology solutions based on business requirements.

- Evaluate new software applications, negotiate with vendors, finalize commercial agreements, and manage AMC/service contracts.

- Ensure regular monitoring, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, software licensing, and IT asset management.

- Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity guidelines, and access control procedures.

- Monitor system performance and recommend technology improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for IT projects, installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

- Manage company website, domain, hosting, SEO activities, and coordinate with digital service providers whenever required.

- Maintain complete documentation of IT infrastructure, licenses, configurations, inventory, and network architecture.

- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, data privacy policies, and business continuity requirements.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Networking, VPN, Firewall, and System Security.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Azure services.

- Good understanding of Cloud Backup Solutions, Cloud ERP environments, virtualization, and server management.

- Knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Navision / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an added advantage.

- Experience in hardware procurement, software licensing, vendor management, and IT budgeting.

- Knowledge of website management, domain management, SEO, and hosting platforms.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's Degree in B.Sc., B.Com., BCA, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an IT Manager, System Administrator, or IT Infrastructure Engineer.

- Experience in managing complete IT infrastructure independently in a manufacturing, corporate, or industrial environment will be preferred.

- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Candidate must be a permanent resident of Mumbai or have accommodation in Mumbai.
