Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Tech Cyber Security Specialist / Engineer to support and enhance our enterprise-wide credential vaulting services. In this role, you will contribute to the maintenance, development, and deployment of HashiCorp Enterprise Vault clusters, while working closely with global teams in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This position offers opportunities to expand skills in Cloud (Azure), DevOps, Ansible, Terraform, and enterprise-grade security engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

Vault Engineering & Security Operations :

- Maintain, enhance, and support existing Vault services across the enterprise.

- Build, configure, and deploy HashiCorp Enterprise Vault clusters for high-availability environments.

- Manage integrations between vaulting solutions and enterprise applications.

- Support compliance and regulatory needs aligned with Corporate IT Security standards.

Development & Collaboration :

- Work as part of a dynamic development team building modern IT applications.

- Collaborate with developers, architects, and capability leads to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

- Perform code reviews, share feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Participate in design discussions, solution architecture reviews, and improvement initiatives.

Production Support & Problem Solving :

- Investigate, triage, and resolve production issues with detailed documentation.

- Take ownership of engineering challenges and drive them to resolution.

- Ensure system stability, availability, and performance for mission-critical applications.

Project & Release Management :

- Conduct Release Readiness, Milestone, and Go/No-Go reviews.

- Coordinate work across global teams including BAs, developers, testers, and security stakeholders.

- Ensure smooth delivery of features, patches, upgrades, and platform enhancements.

Required Expertise & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security or IT Engineering (financial services preferred).

- 2+ years of coding experience in Go (preferred) or C#.

- Hands-on experience with enterprise vault solutions such as:

HashiCorp Vault (highly preferred)
CyberArk
Broadcom CA PAM

- Strong knowledge of web technologies and security standards, including :

HTTP, TLS, REST/SOAP
Cookie management
SAML and authentication flows

- Experience with IAM products, identity/access integration, and enterprise security frameworks.

- Working experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps tooling, and GitLab.

- Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform is a strong advantage.

- Experience working in large-scale global environments with mission-critical systems.
