Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CyberSecurity Operations Lead to oversee and guide our cybersecurity operations team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in a wide range of security tools and practices, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong background in mentoring and team development.


Key Responsibilities :


Security Tool Expertise :


- Lead and manage operations involving tools such as CrowdStrike EDR, Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI), Okta, Zscaler Proxy, Proofpoint Email Security, CLM, and others.

- Oversee Vulnerability Management, Application Security (AppSec), Security Awareness Programs, and Cybersecurity Risk Assessments.


Team Leadership & Coordination :


- Guide and mentor a team of cybersecurity analysts supporting various security platforms.

- Coordinate with infrastructure teams and customers to ensure seamless security operations.

- Conduct weekly meetings with customers to gather requirements, discuss progress, and align on priorities.

- Track and execute action items from customer meetings and internal reviews.


Training & Development :


- Manage and monitor the learning and upskilling roadmap for the cybersecurity team.

- Mentor junior analysts and enable them to effectively handle Level 1 support activities.


Communication & Reporting :


- Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders.

- Ensure clear and professional communication across teams and with external partners.


Required Qualifications :


- Proven experience in cybersecurity operations and team leadership.

- Hands-on expertise in: CrowdStrike EDR, MDI, Okta, Zscaler, Proofpoint, CLM, etc.

- Vulnerability and risk management frameworks.

- Application security and awareness programs.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP (or equivalent) are mandatory.


Preferred Skills :


- Experience working in customer-facing roles.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
