Your day-to-day will involve designing, implementing, and managing robust security solutions, proactively identifying vulnerabilities, and responding to security incidents.

You will collaborate closely with IT teams, application developers, and business stakeholders to ensure security is integrated into every aspect of our operations.

Your expertise will directly impact the security posture of our organization, protecting sensitive data and ensuring business continuity for our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security infrastructure, including SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management systems, to protect organizational assets from cyber threats.

- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses and recommend remediation strategies, ensuring a proactive approach to security.

- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, safeguarding sensitive information.

- Respond to security incidents, conduct thorough investigations, and implement effective containment and eradication measures to minimize the impact of security breaches.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to security engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

- Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to implement and maintain secure cloud environments, ensuring data protection and compliance in the cloud.

- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and solutions to enhance the organization's security posture, staying ahead of emerging threats.

- Manage and optimize email security protocols to prevent phishing attacks and malware infections, protecting employees and customers from email-borne threats.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level security solutions, including SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management platforms.

- Proven expertise in conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security incident response, with a strong understanding of security threats and vulnerabilities.

- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and practices, with experience in securing cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Excellent understanding of email security protocols and technologies, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, with the ability to implement and manage email security solutions.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.

- Adaptable to work in a hybrid environment in Pune.
