Technical Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Delphi (Object Pascal) development.

- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software design principles, and design patterns.

- Working knowledge of C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.

- Experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing legacy applications.

- Experience with code refactoring, application modernization, and migration projects.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers.

Good to Have :

- Experience in Delphi to C# migration projects.

- Exposure to modern UI frameworks or web technologies.

- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
