Mandatory Skills :

- Command over web front-end architecture, tools and technologies

- Thorough knowledge and experience in implementing and managing goals like scalability, security, Testability, Accessibility, Maintainability, Readability, Optimization, Performance and Robustness

- In charge of implementing and managing code standards and style guidelines

- Expertise in building UI reusable libraries

- UI/UX sensibility and passionate about programming

- Excellent in RWD, HTML,CSS, JS

- Good in Typescript and Angular

- Good experience in providing solutions to complex issues

- Hands on experience in general SDLC practices like Estimation, Planning, Risk management etc.

- Client collaboration, Team leading capability, Delivery ownership

Optional skills : Git understanding will be add-on

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Understand project requirements and translate them into scalable front-end solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive UI components using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.

- Collaborate with UX designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and adherence to performance standards.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.

- Lead a team of developers, assign tasks, and ensure timely, quality deliveries.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide robust solutions to complex technical challenges.

- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and drive improvements in tools and processes.
