Cybage Software - Business Analyst - MarTech/AdTech Domain

Required Skills :

- 6 to 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4+ years in a Business Analyst role.

- Hands-on experience in Media & Advertising industry (MarTech, AdTech, Publishing, Entertainment) domains.

- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Knowledge of different tools and platforms used in the advertising, publishing and digital marketing eco-system

- Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and gap analysis.

- Proficiency in preparing BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and User Stories.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define business requirements, process challenges, and improvement opportunities.

- Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs with business and technical teams.

- Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

- Develop and maintain process flows, user journeys, and business process documentation.

- Partner with Solution Architects to align business requirements with the proposed technology roadmap.

- Work with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding and traceability of requirements through delivery.

- Support RFI/RFP responses by documenting business requirements, value propositions, and solution fitment.

- Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring that solutions meet business expectations.

- Benchmark and research industry best practices to recommend process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

- Participate in thought leadership activities such as case studies, whitepapers, or domain-focused discussions within Cybage.
