Description :

Role & Responsibility :

- Analyze, debug, and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.

- Develop fixes, enhancements, and small feature changes in applications written in Node.js and Java.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and application stability.

- Monitor application performance, logs, and error reports to proactively identify potential issues.

- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions for recurring problems.

- Write and maintain technical documentation for application workflows, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

- Support release activities, deployments, and version upgrades across environments.

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in application support and development.

- Strong programming knowledge in Node.js and Java.

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and troubleshooting integration issues.

- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for querying, debugging, and issue resolution.

- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.

- Exposure to Linux/Unix environments, scripting, and log analysis.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
