Project Role : Custom Software Engineer

Summary :

As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability.

You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and guidance to your team members while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.

Professional & Technical Skills :

- Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in Japanese Language.

- Good To Have Skills : Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.

- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.

- Experience with software development life cycle processes.

- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.

Additional Information :

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Japanese Language.

- This position is based in Pune.

- A 15 years full time education is required.

Technical Skills :

- Java & Enterprise Application Development

- Strong expertise in Core Java (OOP, Collections, Multithreading)

- Experience with Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE)

- Servlets, JSP for web applications

- Enterprise application development standards

- Development of scalable, maintainable enterprise systems

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Spring Boot (microservices development)

2. Spring MVC (web layer design)

- Understanding of :

1. Microservices architecture (service design, API communication)

2. Monolithic architecture (for legacy systems)
