We are seeking an experienced IT Quant Developer with a strong foundation in C++ and Bitbucket to join our team on a contractual basis.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, with a proven track record of contributing to or leading library refactoring and maintenance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust C++ applications and libraries.

- Lead or contribute to refactoring and optimization of existing codebases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software quality and performance.

- Utilize Bitbucket for version control, code review, and collaboration.

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Strong proficiency in C++ programming and object-oriented design principles.

- Experience with Bitbucket for version control and collaboration.

- Solid understanding of software library refactoring and code maintenance.

- Background as an IT Quant Developer or in similar analytical/technical roles.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.

- Exposure to financial systems, quantitative tools, or risk management platforms is a plus.
