About the Role :

We are seeking a Blockchain Developer with hands-on experience in Hyperledger Fabric to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python development, a good understanding of blockchain concepts, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain blockchain applications and smart contracts on Hyperledger Fabric.

- Implement chaincode (smart contracts) and integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems.

- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services in Python to support blockchain applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, explain solutions, and provide technical support.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize blockchain-based applications for performance and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Stay updated on blockchain trends, Hyperledger Fabric updates, and emerging best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2 years of hands-on experience as a Blockchain Developer, with strong exposure to Hyperledger Fabric.

- Proficiency in Python programming and backend development.

- Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

- Familiarity with cryptographic principles and secure coding practices.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with other blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Corda, etc.).

- Knowledge of DevOps tools for CI/CD.

- Exposure to frontend frameworks for blockchain application UIs.
