Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.

- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and flow designers to meet business needs.

- Support ServiceNow CMDB development including data modeling, reconciliation, and discovery configurations.

- Participate in ITOM implementations including Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST APIs, SOAP, and Integration Hub.

- Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and platform enhancements.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and platform governance models.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and testing activities.

- Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and technical support for ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong foundation in software/application development and scripting (JavaScript preferred).

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Preferred.

- Additional certifications such as Application Developer, ITSM or ITOM Implementation Specialist Preferred.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
