Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.

The role requires strong backend expertise in Python along with hands-on experience in modern frontend technologies.

You will work in an agile, product-driven environment, collaborating closely with product owners, cross-functional teams, and clients to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Python with modern frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, leveraging the latest Python versions and best practices.

- Build and maintain responsive, user-centric frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, and Bootstrap.

- Participate actively in architecture discussions, design sessions, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Scrum teams to deliver features within defined timelines and quality standards.

- Identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and areas for refactoring or optimization, and proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to clean code principles, secure coding standards, and software development best practices across the codebase.

- Take ownership of deliverables and contribute to a culture of quality, accountability, and customer-centric execution.

- Coordinate directly with clients across various phases of the project lifecycle, including requirement clarification, technical discussions, and delivery alignment.

- Maintain and enforce coding standards, documentation practices, and version control discipline within the development team.

- Support technical evaluations and participate in client-facing interviews or technical discussions during project onboarding when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Python and at least one major framework : Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, backend architecture, and performance optimization.

- Proficiency in frontend technologies including React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern CSS frameworks.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a clear understanding of SDLC processes.

- Familiarity with code versioning tools (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with stakeholders and clients.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), or microservices architecture.

- Prior experience in client-facing or consulting environments
