Role Description :

We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance our CRM platform.

This role requires a professional with hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Visual Studio, and a deep understanding of building custom UIs and integrating systems via Web API.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- CRM Development: Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Customization: Create and customize CRM entities, forms, views, and dashboards to meet business requirements.

- Power Platform: Utilize Power Apps and Power Automate to build custom applications and automate business processes.

- UI/UX Design: Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces within the CRM environment.

- Integrations: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using Web API and other integration methods.

- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Visual Studio and other development tools.

- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Technical Skills :

- CRM Platform: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Development Tools: Proficient in Visual Studio.

- Power Platform: Expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate.

- APIs: Experience with Web API for system integration.

- UI: Hands-on experience with UI development within the CRM platform.

- Programming Languages: Proficiency in .NET.

Education :

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Experience :

- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a CRM Developer.
