Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced CRM Consultant with strong expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation and CRM systems like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting CRM solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure Product Catalog, SKUs, bundling, product relationships, and pricing/business rules.

- Work on CPQ project implementation and ensure alignment with business requirements.

- Create user stories, design documents, and functional documentation (FDD).

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements.

- Perform data analysis to identify customer behavior and trends.

- Provide training and support to CRM users across departments.

Mandatory Skills :

- Minimum 5+ years of CRM consulting experience (Salesforce / MS Dynamics / ServiceNow CRM).

- 2+ years of hands-on CPQ project experience.

- Strong expertise in CRM configuration and business rules.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
