- Drive elevation of campaigns in the APJ region by enabling various targeting criteria, monitoring campaign performance, supporting test and learn as well driving improvements in platforms wrt data.

- Develop a thorough understanding of business data and apply analysis/statistic technics to transform data into insights driving decision-making processes

- Provide reporting capabilities to enable regional marketing/sales/CRM teams to monitor their performances

- Measure and monitor strategic initiatives performances against KPIs.

- Provide forecasts of expected uplifts for prioritization

Required Experience :

- 4+ years relevant experience / flexible to fit the right candidate covering other key requirements

Proficiency with SQL :

- Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, integrity checks

- Implement and maintain database code in the form of tables, stored procedures, scripts, queries.

- Develop SQL views to be leveraged by the reporting layers

- Experience in translating insights to business effectiveness and results

- Experience in performing campaign measurements and analyzing campaign data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

- Expertise with data visualization and reporting, with hands on experience with Tableau or Power BI.

- Experience with campaign management and marketing automation platforms (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
