Overview :

We are looking for a CRM Analytics (CRMA) Architect with proven experience in architecting, designing, and building data models (Recipes) and dashboards for Salesforce CRM Analytics Reporting.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrating Salesforce with 3rd-party systems and leveraging CRMA for advanced analytics and insights.

Qualifications :

Educational Background :

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Desired Certifications :

- Required : CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant.

- Preferred : Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Data Cloud.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience performing the duties of a CRMA Architect, as outlined above.

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of SDLC best practices, including system development life cycle, project management approaches, requirements gathering, design, and testing techniques.

- Proficiency in data modelling and design, including SAQL, SOQL, and Recipe Builder.

- Expertise in CRMA dashboard design, build, and testing best practices.

- Experience and ability to develop CRMA Einstein Predictive Models, covering all aspects of the project lifecycle working with stakeholders to understand business needs, interpreting Salesforce data structures and business processes, building and iterating on the model recipe, refining and training the model, and managing release and maintenance of Einstein Models.

- Hands-on experience integrating 3rd-party data with Salesforce as part of CRM Analytics implementations.

- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, communicate with development teams, and oversee development, testing, UAT, and deployment.

- Experience connecting and communicating with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and buy-in throughout the development lifecycle.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.

- Ability to manage and support a team of developers, including task delegation, providing technical guidance, and managing communication between delivery teams and stakeholders.

- Experience implementing Einstein Predictive Analytics.

- Familiarity with data management, data visualization, and predictive analytics tools and practices.
