Description :

The Senior Power BI Developer will lead the development and implementation of Power BI solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design data visualizations and reports that meet their needs. The Senior BI Developer will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the best practices and standards for Power BI development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define project scope

- Lead the development of data models, data visualizations, and reports

- Ability to work on complex DAX queries

- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on Power BI best practices

- Contribute to the development of Power BI standards and governance

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Power BI issues

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development

- Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and report design

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members

- Relevant Certifications are a must
