We are hiring ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) Developers and Leads for exciting Banking & Financial Services domain projects based in Pune (Kharadi) - Hybrid Mode.

These roles are ideal for professionals with 5+ years of hands-on ORMB experience who want to be part of high-impact, next-gen financial technology transformation initiatives.

Role : ORMB Developer / Techno-Functional Lead.

Location : Pune (Hybrid).

Experience : 5 - 10 Years.

Job Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and implement ORMB solutions for complex billing and revenue management.

- Work on pricing, rating, billing, and invoicing modules of ORMB.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Drive design decisions, solution delivery, and mentoring of teams as a techno-functional lead (for senior roles).

- Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL procedures, functions, and packages to support ORMB implementations.

- Support end-to-end SDLC including development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production and integration issues in a timely manner.

- Provide technical and functional documentation including design specifications, configurations, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in ORMB implementation and development.

- Strong knowledge of ORMB configurations, billing workflows, and enterprise-grade integration.

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE for ORMB extensions/customizations.

- Exposure to financial products, billing processes, and transaction processing systems.

- Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Background :

- Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain projects.

- Exposure to large-scale ORMB implementations & techno-functional roles.

- Ability to mentor teams and guide technical design decisions.
