Summary :

Job Title : Automation Tester ETL & Data Warehouse.

We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with strong expertise in ETL Testing, Data Warehouse projects, and test automation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building automation frameworks, validating large-scale data transformations, and ensuring data accuracy across complex systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for ETL and DWH systems.

- Build and maintain ETL automation frameworks using Python (preferred).

- Verify data movement, data transformations, aggregations, and business logic across multiple sources and target systems.

- Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and defect analysis.

- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Developers, BAs, and other cross-functional teams to ensure complete end-to-end test coverage.

- Document test results, prepare detailed reports, and track defects through closure.

- Work with ETL tools such as Databricks (preferred) and data pipeline solutions.

- Apply testing best practices within cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse (DWH) projects.

- Hands-on experience with test automation development, including framework creation.

- Proficiency in Python for automation scripting.

- Expertise in SQL with ability to write complex queries for validation.

- Experience validating data transformations, business logic, and large dataset workflows.

- Familiarity with Databricks, ETL tools, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for data testing automation.

- Knowledge of BI and reporting tools.
