Job Title : Lead Integrations Project Manager (Individual Contributor)

Location : Pune, India For US Time 5 PM - 1 AM Shift

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Lead Integrations Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating third-party platforms, apps, and services with CrelioHealths system via standard internet protocols like APIs and Webhooks, or more commonly via the HL7 protocol.

Key Responsibilities :

- Planning & Prioritization : Plan and prioritize integration requests based on business needs and potential impact.

- Process Management : Set internal processes to streamline the integration workflow and improve efficiency.

- Communication : Provide timely updates to customers about the progress of the integrations.

- Time Reduction : Identify and implement strategies to reduce the Turnaround Time (TAT) for integrations.

- Partnership Building : Build and manage relationships with vendors to ensure smooth integrations and collaborations.

- Reliability Improvement : Work on improving the reliability and stability of integrations.

Qualifications :

- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in project management and integrating third-party services.

- Strong understanding of internet protocols like APIs and Webhooks.

- Expertise in HL7 or similar healthcare data exchange protocols.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Strong communication skills to manage customer expectations and provide updates.

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
