Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong background in full-stack development and experience preferably in the fintech industry. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our suite of innovative financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement front-end and back-end features using cutting-edge technologies.

- Optimise application performance and ensure responsiveness across multiple platforms and devices.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers.

- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in fintech development.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high- quality software solutions on time.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

- Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in full stack development, with expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

- 5 to 7 years of experience in server-side development using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, micro-services architecture, and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Prior experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
