- We work with financial institutions, Banks, NBFCs & Digital lending firms to improve the efficiency of their collection using technology, automation intelligence and optimal legal routes to facilitate the resolution of stressed assets.

- With all major banks and NBFCs as our clients, our SaaS-based collections platform helps them efficiently improve their NPA, geographic reach and customer experience.

- We count most of India's lending majors as our clients such as ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, etc and have been able to grow 100% MoM consistently even among the pandemic.

Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain robust backend applications and microservices.

- Develop scalable and secure APIs that power our core platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps for high-performance releases.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using industry best practices.

- Optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Contribute to system design discussions and architectural decisions.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Requirements :

- 1+ years of backend development experience.

- Proficiency in Python , Django , Flask and Fast API.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and application lifecycle management.

- Strong command over SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience with message queues such as Kafka is a plus.

- Familiarity with application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
