Role & Responsibilities (what exactly the resource will be doing in the project) :

- Resource needs to work in production support project in 24-7-365 environment in shifts on rotation basis.

- Production Support developer for a Bl and BAU project using Informatica/PL-SQL/SQL/ Unix

- Scripting with 4-6 years of strong analytical skills using Unix Scripts.

- Strong analytical skill using Power centre Monitor/Designer/Workflow Manager.

- Hands on PowerCenter 9.5 version, worked on 10 Version is add on.

- Worked on One atomic Scheduler/Control m scheduler is Add on.

- Ensure that the application is running as per the SLA.

- Maintain and own bug management and incident resolution process.

- Resolve bugs within defined service levels.

- Manage and own application Bugs and incident life cycle, and drive those to permanent

resolutions, implement preventive

- Debug, troubleshoot, root cause analysis, and resolve issues within SLA.

- Provide production support for BI and BAU applications using Informatica, PL/SQL, SQL, and

Unix scripting.

- Work in a 247365 rotational shift environment to ensure seamless operations and SLA compliance.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter Monitor, Designer & Workflow Manager.

- Perform debugging, issue resolution, and root cause analysis to maintain application stability.

- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and bugs within defined SLAs.

- Maintain and own incident and bug lifecycle management, including documentation and permanent resolution
