Key Responsibilities :

- Provide in-depth training on object-oriented programming, application architecture, web application development, and API development using Microsoft technologies.

- Conduct hands-on training sessions with real-time examples, labs, and projects to ensure practical learning outcomes.

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality training materials including presentations, labs, case studies, and assessments.

- Mentor and guide learners throughout the training lifecycle, addressing queries, conducting assessments, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve course content, training labs, documentation, and delivery methodologies.

- Deliver training through virtual platforms and, when required, conduct in-person sessions at client locations while maintaining high standards of delivery and learner satisfaction.

- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback to help participants achieve training objectives.

- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft releases, frameworks, tools, and industry best practices to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

WPF, WCF, and .NET Framework.

- Proven experience in delivering Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Instructor-Led Online (ILO), and

virtual corporate training sessions.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain

complex technical concepts clearly.

- Demonstrated capability to design structured, practical, and engaging learning materials,

including labs, case studies, and real-time demonstrations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.

Additional Requirements :

- Flexibility to work according to international client time zones, including evenings or weekends as per business needs.

- Ability to maintain a professional work-from-home setup suitable for virtual training delivery.

- Experience working with diverse learner groups across different cultures and geographies, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
