Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable and maintainable Java-based applications.

- Lead technical solutioning, providing architectural guidance to development teams.

- Drive technical decisions around performance optimization, memory management, and best practices.

- Develop and maintain applications using Java 8, Struts 2.5, JSP, and Servlets.

- Interact with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present architectural solutions.

- Provide technical oversight on modernization or migration projects.

Must-Have Skills :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong expertise in Java 8, Struts 2.5, JSP, and Servlets.

- Proven ability to design and architect enterprise-level applications.

- Experience identifying and resolving performance issues and memory leaks.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience migrating from Struts 1.x to Struts 2.

- Exposure to legacy modernization and re-architecture efforts.
