The Opportunity :

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Engineering to lead our global engineering organization.

This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building scalable cloud platforms, orchestrating GPU workloads, and driving innovation in AI infrastructure.

What Youll Do :

Technical Strategy & Execution :

- Define and drive the technical vision for our sovereign cloud and GPU-as-a-Service platform.

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure across compute, storage, and networking.

- Lead the adoption of emerging technologies in cloud-native orchestration, AI/ML workloads, and data center automation.

Engineering Leadership :

- Lead and scale high-performing engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams across geographies.

- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align engineering efforts with strategic goals.

Platform & Infrastructure Development :

- Oversee development of distributed systems using Go, Python, Kubernetes, and microservices.

- Drive orchestration of GPU-accelerated workloads and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.

- Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and observability across the stack.

Operational Excellence :

- Champion DevSecOps practices, regulatory compliance, and multi-region cloud deployments.

- Optimize cost, performance, and reliability of infrastructure at scale.

- Establish and track engineering KPIs, delivery metrics, and quality benchmarks.

What You Bring :

Technical Expertise :

- 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably in cloud infrastructure or platform companies.

- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and software-defined networking (SDN).

- Proficiency in Go and Python; experience with GPU computing, AI/ML infrastructure, and HPC.

- Strong background in CI/CD, GitOps, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and cloud security.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Proven ability to lead distributed teams and scale engineering organizations.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical execution with company strategy.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in regulated industries (e.g. finance, healthcare, government).

- Contributions to open-source cloud-native projects.

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
