Role : -

Were looking for an experienced SDE-3 / Tech Lead (Python) to lead our development pod, design scalable cloud-native solutions, and mentor a growing team.

What Youll Do :

- Lead feature design, development & delivery.

- Mentor junior engineers & set coding best practices.

- Build scalable microservices & cloud-native solutions.

- Collaborate with customers, teams & open-source community.

What Were Looking For :

- 7+ years in software development (Python/Go preferred).

- Strong in data structures, OS, Kubernetes, and cloud (AWS/OpenStack).

- Hands-on with CI/CD tools, Docker, Helm, Linux, REST APIs.

- DB knowledge : Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse.

- Experience with auth frameworks (Keycloak/Okta/ADFS).
