Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Core Java Developer with strong PL/SQL skills to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate technical leadership, contribute to architectural decisions, and guide development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Core Java.

- Write efficient, reusable, and high-performance Java code following best coding standards.

- Develop, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and queries.

- Participate in application design discussions and provide technical inputs.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application performance and production issues.

- Ensure application scalability, security, and reliability.

Leadership & Team Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design guidelines.

- Assist in task planning, estimation, and allocation.

- Support junior team members through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.

- Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and solution design.

- Ensure smooth coordination between development, testing, and deployment teams.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Core Java development.

- Strong working knowledge of PL/SQL (procedures, packages, performance tuning).

- Experience in designing and developing enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and design patterns.

- Experience in team handling or leading development teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills) :

- Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

- Exposure to RESTful web services.

- Knowledge of version control tools like Git.

- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
