Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Core Java Developer to join our development team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java-based applications.

This role involves working on mission-critical systems where attention to detail, code quality, and performance are paramount.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and other engineers to deliver robust software solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Core Java-based applications with a focus on performance and scalability.

- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following established coding standards and best practices.

- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and contribute to architecture decisions.

- Conduct thorough unit testing and support system/integration testing as required.

- Collaborate with team members for code reviews, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving.

- Perform debugging, performance tuning, and continuous optimization of applications.

- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and participate in regular sprint ceremonies.

- Maintain documentation of software design, code, and system configurations.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8 or above is mandatory).

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and Design Patterns.

- Expertise in Multithreading, Concurrency, and Collections Framework.

- Good grasp of Memory Management, Garbage Collection, and JVM internals.

- Experience in debugging tools, profiling, and performance optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control systems like Git.

- Exposure to REST APIs, JSON, and basic SQL is a plus.
