Responsibilities :

- Lead end to end implementation of Copilot and other tools across Digital Workplace Services to enhance employee efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy AI driven solutions that streamline workplace communication and operations.

- Establish framework level support for technology tools spanning Technology & Analytics practice while ensuring scalability.

- Define technical roadmaps and propose innovative solutions to drive productivity and foster digital transformation.

- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth alignment of technology features with business objectives.

Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Digital Workplace Services, Technology & Analytics Practice, or equivalent domains.

- Proficient knowledge of Copilot technology and its ecosystem.

- Demonstrated experience in implementing AI driven workflows and technical roadmaps.

- Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies including Office 365, collaboration tools (like MS Teams, Zoom), and AI driven tools.
