Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Control-M Scheduler to design, build, test, and support complex batch scheduling solutions across both Distributed and Mainframe environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Control-M (including EM, Control-D, and Control-B), deep knowledge of Z/OS, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and test robust Control-M schedules for Distributed and Mainframe systems.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and implement complex business requirements.

- Perform technical reviews, process analysis, and identify areas for automation and efficiency.

- Develop and maintain in-house automation tools and utilities.

- Provide batch support for both Mainframe and Distributed Control-M environments.

- Ensure adherence to Change Management, Incident Management, and scheduling standards.

- Maintain procedural documentation for operational excellence.

- Mentor junior team members and share technical best practices.

Required Skills & Experience (Must Have) :

- Proven experience in managing large, complex, integrated environments.

- Strong hands-on expertise in :

- Control-M EM (Distributed) scheduling.

- Control-M, Control-D, and Control-B (Mainframe) scheduling.

- IBM Mainframe (Z/OS) including JES2, ISPF, TSO, JCL, REXX, Connect :Direct, FileAid.

- Endeavor code management tool.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite.

- Solid understanding of Risk and Change Management processes.

- Strong analytical skills for process and workflow analysis.

Good To Have Skills :

- ServiceNow (Change and Incident Management modules).

- JIRA for project and issue tracking.

- Automation scripting experience (e.g., REXX, Python, PowerShell).

- Reporting and Analysis experience for batch operations.

- Knowledge of SharePoint / DocShare for documentation and collaboration.
