Continuity 1 - Backend Developer - Java

Description :

We are hiring a Backend Developer (Java) to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native microservices powering our Home Loan Integration and Implementation program. The role involves building secure, scalable APIs and ensuring smooth integration across loan origination, servicing, and legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop backend microservices using Java Spring Boot

- Build and maintain integration layers between internal and external systems

- Work on event-driven workflows using Dapr and Temporal

- Ensure secure and performant data access with PostgreSQL / YugabyteDB

- Contribute to unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices

- Support modernization by gradually replacing legacy systems through APIs

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot

- Hands-on knowledge of microservices architecture

- Familiarity with event-driven systems (Dapr / Temporal preferred)

- Experience with PostgreSQL or YugabyteDB

- Working understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have :

- Exposure to cloud-native environments

- Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Education :

- BE/BTech/BCA or equivalent.
