- Architect and maintain context frameworks for Copilot Coding Agents across multiple repositories and projects

- Curate and manage prompt engineering strategies to improve agent performance

- Integrate Copilot agents into CICD pipelines and development environments

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to align Copilot context with business logic and technical requirements

- Monitor and analyze agent outputs for accuracy relevance and efficiency

- Develop documentation and training materials for engineering teams on best practices for context configuration

Required Skills Experience :

- 5 years in software engineering with experience in AI assisted development tools

- Deep understanding of GitHub Copilot prompt engineering and LLM based agent orchestration

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript or other modern programming languages

- Experience with GitHub Actions CICD workflows and DevOps practices

- Familiarity with SDLC phases and agile methodologies

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Experience as a Full Stack Developer with proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Angular

- Ability to model contextual relationships across frontend and backend codebases to optimize Copilot agent performance

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with vector databases embeddings and retrieval augmented generation RAG

- Knowledge of OpenAI Codex LangChain or similar frameworks

- Prior work in developer productivity or AI enablement teams
