Configuration/ServiceNow Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Configuration/ServiceNow Specialist to manage and enhance our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CMDB and core ITSM modules, ensuring smooth operations, scalability, and continuous improvement of the platform.

Experience : 4+ years

Location : Pune Hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, configure, and support core ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.

- Maintain and enhance CMDB data quality, ensuring accuracy and completeness of configuration items.

- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts to automate and optimize processes.

- Monitor platform health and performance, and proactively resolve technical issues.

- Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow modules and features in line with best practices.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve processes and user experience.

- Support system integrations (e.g., with Active Directory and monitoring tools).

- Build reports and dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, support and development.

- Strong experience of ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and its components.

- Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
