Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Technical Lead to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and WiFi modem technologies.

The ideal candidate will provide expert-level technical support, lead product testing, and collaborate with teams to deliver robust networking solutions for our enterprise clients.

This is a leadership position that requires a strong background in ISP or telecommunications environments and a commitment to customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technology Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of ONT and WiFi modem technologies, from development and implementation to ongoing maintenance and system optimization.

- Technical Solutioning: Design, develop, and present comprehensive technical solutions, proposals, and network designs to enterprise clients.

- Client Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting complex technical issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to our networking products and systems.

- Product Validation: Lead the testing and validation process for new networking products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.

- Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on a wide range of networking products, including switches, wireless access points, routers, gateways, and IP CCTV systems.

Skills & Expertise :

- Technical Knowledge: In-depth experience with networking hardware including switches, wireless access points, routers, and gateways.

- Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of business network systems, including LAN/WAN architecture, IP CCTV, and enterprise WiFi solutions.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver formal technical presentations and proposals.

- Customer Focus: A demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and maintaining high standards of performance.

- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
