Department : AVSS Enterprise Solutions.

Reporting To : National Sales Manager Siemens.

Role Overview :

Beetel is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Engineer PLM (Siemens Teamcenter) to strengthen its Enterprise Solutions practice.

The role involves engaging with enterprise customers and partners to showcase Siemens PLM capabilities, design tailored solutions, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Teamcenter and the ability to translate business requirements into robust PLM architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Presales Support :

- Deliver impactful product presentations and live demos of Siemens Teamcenter.

- Understand customer/partner requirements and align them with Teamcenter functionalities.

- Prepare solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and proof-of-concept (POC) environments.

Solution Design & Consultation :

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to design PLM solutions based on Teamcenter.

- Support discovery and qualification sessions with enterprise customers.

- Provide consultation on integration with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise systems.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Act as the technical bridge between Beetel, Siemens, and customer teams.

- Enable and support OEMs, VARs, and system integrators.

- Handle technical queries and objections during the presales process.

Enablement & Documentation :

- Develop presales assets including decks, datasheets, and solution briefs.

- Deliver internal and partner training sessions on Teamcenter capabilities.

- Keep up-to-date with Siemens PLM roadmap and enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors in Engineering/Computer Science (Masters preferred).

- 3 to 6 years experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical support for PLM software.

- Mandatory : Hands-on expertise in Siemens Teamcenter.

- Good understanding of NX, Solid Edge, and ERP/CAD integration is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
