Salesforce Administrator Role

As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining our Salesforce solutions, focusing on CRM, Loyalty Management, and Service Cloud platforms.

- System Administration : Configure Salesforce according to project specifications, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project delivery.

- Requirements Analysis : Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations.

- Configuration and Customization : Utilize expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Loyalty management CRM, and Experience Cloud to configure and customize solutions.

- User Administration : Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

- Flows and Automation : Develop and implement automated processes using tools like Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Workflow Rules.

- Data Management : Manage data models, including data migration, cleansing, and maintenance.

- Security Settings : Configure and maintain security settings within Salesforce.

- Training and Support : Provide training and support to clients' end-users.

To succeed in this role, you will need :

- 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce platforms.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification.

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
