engineers, designers, writers, managers, marketers, which is increasing at 10% every month.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Backend Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Node.js and MongoDB.

Implement robust and efficient APIs using GraphQL, ensuring clean architecture and modular code.

2. System Design & Architecture

Contribute to system and solution architecture decisions for backend services.

Ensure code and design quality through code reviews, best practices, and design patterns.

3. Integration & Database Management

Design data models and schemas with MongoDB, ensuring scalability and performance.

Integrate third-party services, APIs, and tools as needed for the application ecosystem.

4. Performance Optimization

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and long-running queries.

Monitor application performance and propose improvements proactively.

5. Cloud & DevOps (Preferred Skills)

Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain services on AWS.

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment workflows (preferred).

6. Frameworks & Tools

Experience or willingness to work with NestJS for building scalable and maintainable server-side applications (preferred).

7. Collaboration & Mentorship

Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver complete features.

Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and share best practices within the team.

8. Security & Best Practices

Ensure data protection, secure coding standards, and compliance with industry security standards.

Our Wish List Your Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional backend development experience.

Core Skills:

Strong proficiency in Node.js

Experience with MongoDB

Solid understanding and hands-on experience with GraphQL

Preferred Skills (Optional but a plus):

Experience with NestJS framework

Exposure to AWS cloud services and deployment

Good understanding of:

RESTful API design

Database schema design and optimization

Version control systems (e.g., Git)

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Bonus: Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices
