About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java (backend) and React.js (frontend).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performing web applications, with equal proficiency in backend and frontend development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices) and React.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9+ years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices.

- Solid hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).

- Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.).
