Cognos Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, design, and maintain reports and dashboards using Cognos 11 and Cognos Analytics.

- Lead efforts on report migration projects to Cognos 11 and Analytics platform.

- Manage and configure Cognos Framework Manager metadata models and data modules.

- Perform data modeling to support BI reporting and analytics needs.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Cognos reports and dashboards for performance and accuracy.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.

Mandatory Skills :

- 9 to 10 years of strong experience in Cognos development, preferably including leadership or lead developer experience.

- Expertise with Cognos 11 and Cognos Analytics dashboarding.

- Experience in report migration to Cognos 11 and Analytics.

- Proficient with Cognos Framework Manager and Data Modeling.

- Strong knowledge of databases and SQL queries to support BI reporting.
