Key Responsibilities :

- Perform high-level technical work independently or as part of a team across multiple projects.

- Collaborate with Product Management to understand AI/ML requirements and evaluate suitable solution approaches.

- Own the end-to-end lifecycle from problem definition to production deployment.

- Develop applications, demos, and solutions using Computer Vision, NLP, Deep Learning, Multi-modal GenAI, and Automation.

- Select, process, and represent datasets for AI/ML model development.

- Experiment with new ML/DL/CV/GenAI frameworks, tools, and technologies.

- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML.

- Mentor and guide junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience across the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects (Analysis/ Deployment/Monitoring).

- Strong foundation in Linear Algebra, Probability, Statistics.

- Proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, NLTK, etc.

- Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, NLG, and frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers.

Expertise in Computer Vision :

- Object detection (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, Mask R-CNN)

- Image segmentation (semantic, instance, panoptic)

- Image classification

- Strong understanding of Vision Transformers (ViT)

- Strong knowledge of Generative AI/LLMs, including prompt engineering, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector search, RAG, function calling, agentic workflows, and document processing.

- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP also acceptable).

- Hands-on experience in productionizing AI models, implementing automation pipelines.

- Strong development expertise in Python and SQL (DB design & complex query optimization).

- Experience with FastAPI, async programming, REST APIs.

- Good understanding of CI/CD, containers, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
