Key Requirements :

- Proven experience managing Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) on IBM Power systems

- Strong hands-on experience with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES)

- Expertise in SUSE High Availability (HA) clusters on x86 architecture, especially for SAP workloads

- In-depth knowledge of SUSE clusters and HA configurations

- Strong capability to configure, manage, and troubleshoot mission-critical environments

- Experience handling BAU activities and critical incident management

- Good experience in OS migrations, particularly in-place upgrades from RHEL 7 to RHEL 8

- Exposure to environments running critical SAP HANA workloads on SLES HA

Core Responsibilities :

- Manage and support enterprise Linux environments (RHEL & SLES)

- Administer and troubleshoot SUSE HA clusters for SAP systems

- Handle L3-level escalations and critical incident resolution

- Perform OS upgrades, patching, and system migrations

- Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of production systems

- Collaborate with SAP, infrastructure, and application teams for issue resolution
