Role Summary :

We are hiring a strategic and commercially driven Data Services Practice Leader grow our Data & Analytics business across .


This role is centered on taking what we have built over the last 2 years and building upon the business : (re)defining market strategy, (re)shaping offerings, identifying growth opportunities, and driving overall practice expansion. You will play a key role in positioning our firm as a data-led partner of choice in the region.

This is a ground-up leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and has a track record of translating vision into growth.

Core Responsibilities :

Business Strategy & Practice Leadership :

- Define the strategic roadmap for the Data & Analytics practice, aligned with market trends and client demand.

- Build and refine a differentiated portfolio of offerings in areas such as data platforms, AI/ML, governance, and advanced analytics.

- Own the practice's business plan, including targets for growth, profitability, and market share.
Market Growth & Expansion

- Lead growth initiatives through a mix of new logo acquisition, client expansion, and solution-led sales.

- Identify and execute on both organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions, talent plays, and capability buildouts.

- Create vertical- or domain-specific go-to-market motions to accelerate traction in priority industries.
Offering and Proposition Development

- Define what the practice will take to market - including solution frameworks, accelerators, and pricing models.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales to shape thought leadership, campaigns, and positioning strategies.
Alliances & Ecosystem Building

- Forge and expand partnerships with cloud hyperscalers, data technology vendors, and niche innovators.

- Develop co-branded offerings and joint GTM initiatives with key partners to strengthen credibility and reach.

Leadership & Operating Model Setup :

- Build out the foundational structure for the practice, including pre-sales support, strategy leads, and solution architects.

- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and talent to operationalize growth.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate :

- 15+ years in the data and analytics space, including leadership roles in business development, growth, or practice building.

- Understanding of the new-age data services eco-system.

- Proven success in creating and scaling a data-focused business or practice within a consulting or technology environment.

- Deep understanding of the US market and enterprise data needs across sectors.

- Experience with alliance strategy, inorganic growth (M&A), and go-to-market leadership.

- Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with strong executive communication skills and market instincts.
