Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and UI Builder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions while creating modern user experiences using UI Builder.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Design and develop user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder.

- Build and customize pages, components and experiences based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies and ACLs.

- Work with ServiceNow integrations and connect the platform with third-party applications.

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.

- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain application performance and quality.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, development and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 57 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.

- Experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications.

- Good understanding of REST/SOAP integrations.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred :

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

- Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
