Job Description :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboard Administration Specialist.

Responsibilities :

- Hands on experience in ServiceNow reporting.

- Expertise in creating and publishing the dashboard within the ServiceNow.

- Expertise on performance management.

- Share daily, weekly and monthly performance of each track.

- Track and publish the productivity of each team and their team members.

- Understanding of ITIL best practices including, IM, PM and CM.

- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders.

- Should be flexible to address Ad hoc requests for data, if any.

- Prepare and present the data to relevant stakeholders.

- Understanding of SLA and OLA.

- Track and ensure that SLA is compliant.

Eligibility Criteria :

- ITIL v4 foundation Certification is mandatory.

- 5 - 7 Years of experience using ServiceNow reporting tool.

- Clear understanding on IM, PM and CM performance management.
