Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

- Define technical solutions, architecture, and development best practices.

- Develop scalable and maintainable backend services and APIs.

- Collaborate with frontend teams working with Angular.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.

- Coordinate with product, business, and technology stakeholders.

- Support project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.

- Mentor developers and drive technical improvements across the team.

- 7-10 years of relevant experience.

- Proven experience working as a Tech Lead.
