About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Developer / Engineer with a strong foundation in Java, Python, C++, and Git to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, collaborative team player, and eager to contribute to product development and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Java, Python, or C++ based on project needs.

- Use Git for version control and actively participate in code reviews and team repositories.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues in existing applications and write unit tests for new code.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies : stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Assist in system design and architecture planning for new features and modules.

- Document code, processes, and development procedures for future reference and clarity.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in software development.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages : Java, Python, C++.

- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows (pull requests, branches).

- Strong problem-solving and algorithmic skills.

- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data structures.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Passion for continuous learning and working on real-world projects.

Good to Have (Optional but Preferred) :

- Internship or project experience in software development.

- Exposure to CI/CD tools, APIs, RESTful services.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Contribution to open-source projects or GitHub portfolio.
